Puraz offers FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE direct from our factory in New Zealand when you sign up for your VIP on-going subscription order.

For One-Off Purchases, we charge a flat shipping free of $6.50 New Zealand Wide.

We offer direct delivery because we want to make accessing Puraz products as easy, convenient, and cost-effective as possible - no need to visit a store. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, and if requested, you’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is collected by the courier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location (see below for more information specific to your area).

We take great care in packing your order, and want everything to arrive safely. If your parcel is damaged in transit, or hasn’t arrived within 2–3 days of dispatch, please reach out to us. We’ll follow up with the courier and arrange a prompt replacement if needed - we want to make your experience with us as easy as possible

New Zealand & Australia We offer free shipping within New Zealand and Australia, including PO boxes and rural addresses when you order on subscription. For non-subscription orders, there is a flat fee of $6.50 throughout NZ and $15 throughout Australia. All orders within New Zealand and Australia are sent via track and trace courier. Signatures are not required on these parcels. Items are generally received within 2-3 working days in New Zealand and 5-10 working days in Australia of placing your order.

International Shipping We offer free shipping internationally via air freight for subscription orders and a flat rate of NZ$30 for One-Off Orders worldwide. Shipping times will vary according to your country but are typically within 5-10 working days anywhere in the world from the day of placing your order. Tracking information will be provided via email, but if you do not receive this please let us know and we can forward this information to you.
